Fashion Business Uncovered is a student run organization in the Faculty of Management at McGill University, founded in 2013. FBU was created with the goal of providing information and the tools necessary for students to further develop their knowledge of the fashion industry and the opportunities available to them.

 

On February 12th, 2016 the conference attracted passionate University and CEGEP-level students from the Montreal area, eager to learn about the business of fashion. The 170 attendees left fascinated and empowered by the insights provided by notable speakers ranging from local online retailers to representatives in Haute Couture. Some of our remarkable speakers in the past have included the President of Groupe Dynamite, Anna Martini, the CEO of Beyond The Rack, Yona Shtern as well as the CFO of Chanel, Philippe Blondiaux.
